Our innovation
In all pandrosia products, we use as raw material the top quality, organic aloe that we cultivate on our estates in Kos, without the slightest trace of impurities from imported aloe concentrate.
From this biological treasure, we extract the maximum quantity and optimum quality with the most innovative and safe methods. Therefore, we are able to offer the highest quality organic aloe gel extracts from this precious plant.
Aloe gel separation
At Pandrosia, the collection of the miraculous aloe vera gel is done entirely by hand. Experienced human hands are the only “tool” we use to collect the magical juice of the plant, without “injuring” it.
The leaves, which are processed immediately after harvest and by careful filleting, the outer leaf is removed and the pure gel remains.
Aloe gel treatment
The aloe vera gel is kept fresh and is not sterilized through high-temperature pasteurization techniques. The gel is simply packaged, sealed, and refrigerated. It is used according to the company's needs and the demand for its products. In this way, the active ingredients are not destroyed or altered by the high temperatures required by other thermal drying methods. At pandrosia we do everything we can to produce the purest, most effective and efficient products for you, and to achieve this, we must keep the quality of the raw material – this precious aloe gel – at the highest possible levels.
Ensuring quality
At the company Pandrosia, at all stages of the production process, an integrated product quality management and assurance system is implemented, in accordance with multiple internal accreditation protocols and ISO requirements, depending on the type of production.

Our products as well as their production process have been harmonized with the international standard for Good Manufacturing Practice in Cosmetics Companies, GMP ISO 22716. ISO 22716 is the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standard. The experienced and specialized scientific and technical staff, the selection of raw materials and packaging materials combined with strict quality control in the company's laboratories and in the external collaborating laboratories of the Hellenic Institute for Research and Evaluation of Cosmetological Products ensure excellent quality cosmetic products. All products produced and intended for sale are subject to the Cosmetic Products Regulation (Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 as amended in July 2013).
Certifications

Organic Farming With respect for human health and the natural environment, we rid our plants of weeds only with the help of sheep. In this way, we do not use any chemical herbicides, not even those permitted for organic farming.
All our cosmetic products meet the specifications of the European Union. They have a complete dossier (dermatological tests, challenge test, safety study, stability study, etc.) and are notified in the European Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) system, which was created for the implementation of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 of the European Parliament.
Our cosmetics are not tested on animals.
All of our product packaging is recyclable.
