Returns Policy
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return some or all of the products purchased within seven (7) days of receipt.
Returned products must not be used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged, and the labels must be present as they were when you received the item, along with the retail receipt or invoice. You must first contact us via email at eshop@pandrosia.gr.
In all of the above cases, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. For non-defective products, the return cost is borne by the customer, while the reshipping cost of the replacement item is fully covered by https://pandrosia.gr.
Defective Product
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, https://pandrosia.gr will make every effort to replace it with an identical or similar product at no additional cost to you. However, you must notify us via email at eshop@pandrosia.gr so we can provide instructions for returning the product.

Limitations of Liability
